OUR ACCREDITATION AND REPORTS
See what we do and how we do it
We are always striving towards goals and positive outcomes - not only for our service users, but for our amazing staff teams.
We utilise a variety of platforms within the organisation in order to do this, ranging from bespoke training sessions and nationally recognised qualifications, to ASDAN programmes for all service users to access (Asdan is an awarding organisation whose curriculum programmes and qualifications help young people develop knowledge and skills for learning, work and life)
We are inspected and rated by CQC - you can read our latest reports further down the page
We have just become an approved Asdan centre and will continue to work closely with our service users to offer them bespoke learning, activity provision, and training programmes to suit their needs and ambitions. This may be a short course around CV writing, to working on your maths and English, or maybe developing your key skills around daily living.
We are proud to partner with Golden Lane Housing who work across our supported living service provision as our registered social landlord.
We use Log My Care to manage all of our service users records and manage service compliance electronically
Training and Professional Development
Our training programme offers bespoke support, courses, workshops, and information resources to our teams. We also utilise third party providers when needed, and benefit from a wide range of professional-lead training in services.

Outcome Star and Goal Planning
We have launched the Outcome Star to empower our service users to have as much choice and control in their life as possible. The Star is a way to support plan collaboratively around each individual with emphasis on specific needs, and achieving associated outcomes for that person.
