Kelly joined White Leaf Support in January 2019 and has more than 21 years experience in health and social care. For the past 14 years she has been responsible for a range of different care and support services at a senior level and has latterly been a senior commissioner for working age adults at a local authority. When she’s not busy working, she loves spending time with her family and has two school aged children who keep her on her toes!
Head of Care & Support
Sue has worked in adult social care for 20 years. She started her career working at a team leader based in a busy respite service for adults with learning disabilities and autism. She has gained experience of managing services supporting adults living with severe and enduring mental health issues, and older adults living with dementia. She has been a Registered Manager with the Care Quality Commission. Sue has worked her way up and has been in a senior management position for the past 10 years. Sue is a busy working mum, and in her spare time she enjoys travelling, walking and is studying for a Masters at university.
Business Development, Training & Marketing Manager
Victoria has worked within health and social care for the past 25 years. She qualified as a learning disability nurse in 2003 and has worked for private companies, and charities within senior, and operational roles since.
Also a qualified tutor, and counsellor, Victoria delivers our in-house training courses. Victoria has a passion for environmental issues, and is a vegan. She is currently undertaking her level 7 Management qualification.
Edith joined White leaf Support in September. 2020. Edith has worked within the housing and care sector for over 15 years and brings a wealth of experience in both housing management and care services. Edith has worked for housing associations, homeless charities, learning disability projects, and in mental health services. Edith started her career as a carer and moved into Operational Management where she can deploy her full range of skills and abilities. Edith is a working Mum and volunteers as a board of trustee at a charity that supports homelessness. She is currently studying an MBA Senior Leadership qualification.
Frank has worked in the care and support sector for over 25 years. Initially he worked as a Nursing Auxiliary while at the same time undertaking a degree. Frank decided to use his degree to undertake a career in special needs childcare, predominantly working in the residential department of a school for the deaf. After managing that department and children’s homes for around 15 years he decided to make a change and started to work with adults with varying needs. For the past 6 years Frank has worked to set up and manage various homes supporting adults with a range of disabilities including physical, sensory and learning. As anyone who knows Frank will know, he wears very loud Hawaiian shirts! Frank is also fluent in sign language, and a vegetarian.
Charlie has worked with people with learning disabilities and autism for over 15 years. Prior to joining White Leaf Support Charlie worked in both children and adults services across schools, play-schemes and day centres.Charlie is passionate about building quality relationships and understanding the individuals she works with. She has developed a robust experience of autism along the way and strong knowledge of challenging behaviour and ADHD.When not working, Charlie has a close family and enjoys socialising with a wide group of friends. She loves cars and car shows and has recently discovered parasailing.
Chris has worked in social care for 6 years and has been involved with charity works for 10 years including his own charity based in Africa.
Chris enjoys seeing the best in people and supporting them to develop -the motivator in his pursuit of a career in social care.
Chris is very open and believes everyone deserves equal respect in all areas of life. When not working Chris loves to develop his creative writing, and enjoys sound and video production.
Nicolae has been working within social care for over 10 years. He has worked in children services and day centres whilst also studying a management degree. Nicolae then decided to undertake a degree in General Nursing and became a registered nurse in the UK in 2014. Nicolae wanted to undertake a role where he could work alongside individuals and learn how to support and encourage them to become more independent and empowered in their lives. - where he joined White Leaf Support in 2018.
Nicolae loves sport, travelling, and enjoys learning about different cultures. He is also fluent in a number of languages.
HR & Recruitment Officer
Shaheen moved to the High Wycombe area with her husband in March 2109 from her home town in Northampton. She has worked in HR for a number of years across sectors, and prior to starting her role in HR at White Leaf Support, she worked in a Charity Organisation based in Northampton. Shaheen is very is very passionate about what the business stands for, and our values and mission. Outside work, Shaheen loves to spend time with family and friends, cook, cycle, and be outdoors when the weather is nice!
