Kelly Taylor

Managing Director

Kelly joined White Leaf Support in January 2019 and has more than 21 years experience in health and social care. For the past 14 years she has been responsible for a range of different care and support services at a senior level and has latterly been a senior commissioner for working age adults at a local authority.


When she’s not busy working, she loves spending time with her family and has two school aged children who keep her on her toes!


Sue Green

Head of Care & Support

Sue has worked in adult social care for 20 years. She started her career working at a team leader based in a busy respite service for adults with learning disabilities and autism. She has gained experience of managing services supporting adults living with severe and enduring mental health issues, and older adults living with dementia. She has been a Registered Manager with the Care Quality Commission. Sue has worked her way up and has been in a senior management position for the past 10 years.


Sue is a busy working mum, and in her spare time she enjoys travelling, walking and is studying for a Masters at university.

Sam Wilcockson

Service Manager 

Sam went into care straight after finishing university and fell in love with it! Sam says ‘every day is different, I get to make a positive impact, and I don’t have to wear a shirt everyday!’ Sam has worked with a wide variety of individuals with lots of different needs and has enjoyed the challenge that comes with learning new skills.

Progressing to the role of manager has allowed Sam to make a greater positive impact on the lives of those people in his care, and he enjoys mentoring and guiding others to be able to do the same.

 Sam has a famously sweet tooth, and will happily spend hours learning about true crime. He also loves gaming with friends.


Nicolae Socaciu 

Registered Manager 

Nicolae has been working within social care for over 10 years. He has worked in children services and day centres whilst also studying a management degree. Nicolae then  undertook a degree in General Nursing and became a registered nurse in the UK in 2014. Nicolae wanted a role where he could work alongside individuals and learn how to support and encourage them to become more independent and empowered in their lives.


He joined White Leaf Support in 2018.

Nicolae loves sport, travelling, and enjoys learning about different cultures.  He is also fluent in a number of languages.

Sam Hollis

Service Manager

Sam joined White Leaf Support in 2021 after previously working with Golden Lane Housing who are the landlord for White Leaf’s supported living services. Sam started working in social care in 2013, before joining Golden Lane Housing as a housing officer in 2014. Sam is a member of the Chartered Institute of Housing and has completed his level 3 qualification. Sam’s passion is supported living, and can’t wait to have a more “hands on” role as a service manager with White Leaf Support.


Sam lives in Bedfordshire, and his spare time is almost exclusively occupied by his 2 year old daughter. When he gets the chance he enjoys walking his dog, watching Luton Town FC and playing snooker.

Sara Baker

Deputy Manager 

Sara has worked in care for over 12 years, starting as a support worker within a very busy respite service for adults with severe learning disabilities and autism. After a few years of experience she then moved her way up to team leader. After 9 years, Sara decided to leave and pursue a career within Mental Health where she was the deputy manager looking after adults with mental health issues. 

After realising her passion was working with learning disabilities, Sara came to White Leaf Support as a Team Leader within one of our Residential Care services.


Sara has 3 wonderful sons and 2 grandchildren who keep her very busy whenever she has time off! Sara and her new husband enjoy trips away whenever they get the chance at least 3 times a year when possible.

Gabriella Cooke

Deputy Manager 

Gabbi is a qualified Occupational Therapist and is now a Deputy Manager at White Leaf Support. Gabby brings a wealth of experience gained from working at different settings including acute adult mental health, stroke and rehabilitation unit, dementia and end of life care and gym rehabilitation at Royal Derby outpatient hospital. 


Gabby enjoys cooking, spending time with friends and family and visiting new places.

Mandy Biggs
HR, Recruitment, Learning & Development Manager

Mandy joined White Leaf Support in August 2021 to cover maternity leave. Mandy brings a wealth of experience as an HR professional, working in the care/healthcare sector for 15 years HR roles starting as a care home administrator progressing to HR Manager in a generalist capacity.

Mandy is passionate about people and has a special interest in employee wellbeing and believes keeping active is key to a health mind. In her spare time, Mandy enjoys regular visits to the gym, riding her bike and spending time with her family, especially her young nieces and nephews and regular outings by the sea in her caravan.

John joined White Leaf Support in 2021 following a successful career in IT Service Management. John has always wanted to work in the social care sector and finally an opportunity arose for John to join White Leaf Support as a support worker in one of our supported living services.


Not long after joining White Leaf Support, John’s other skills were recognised and he now splits his time with support working and also as our communications officer helping to improve all aspects of communications such as, family newsletters, website and social media updates etc. Since joining, John has not looked back and says he ‘enjoys the variety and challenge’ of both of his roles.

Shaheen Kamran

HR & Recruitment Officer

Shaheen moved to the High Wycombe area with her husband in March 2019 from her home town in Northampton. She has worked in HR for a number of years across sectors, and prior to starting her role in HR at White Leaf Support, she worked in a Charity Organisation based in Northampton. Shaheen is very passionate about what the business stands for, and our values and mission.


Outside work, Shaheen loves to spend time with family and friends, cook, cycle, and be outdoors when the weather is nice!

Catherine Harries
Recruitment Officer

Catherine joined White Leaf Support in September 2020 and has worked within recruitment for the last 2.5 years. Her career started within the retail sector where she worked her way up to store management. She then moved on to work within the IT sector as a Recruitment Consultant. Catherine is committed to bringing in the best talent for our company. She is passionate about our values and mission statement and is excited about her future with WLS.

In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her friends and family, travelling and experimenting with cooking!
