Kelly Taylor
Managing Director
Kelly joined White Leaf Support in January 2019 and has more than 21 years experience in health and social care.
For the past 14 years she has been responsible for a range of different care and support services at a senior level and has latterly been a senior commissioner for working age adults at a local authority.
When she’s not busy working, she loves spending time with her family and has two school aged children who keep her on her toes!
Sue Green
Head of Care & Support
Sue has worked in adult social care for 20 years. She started her career working at a team leader based in a busy respite service for adults with learning disabilities and autism.
Sue has been a Registered Manager with the Care Quality Commission. Sue has worked her way up and has been in a senior management position for the past 10 years.
Sue is a busy working mum, and in her spare time she enjoys travelling, walking and is studying for a Masters at university.
Calisto Muzenda
Registered Manager
Calisto has a strong passion for helping others and an innate desire to see people reach their full potential and has worked with vulnerable individuals for 22 years.
With a teaching background for 15 years, his interest in becoming a support worker grew when he saw its positive impact on those around him.
Calisto has worked with White leaf Support since March 2022 as Team Leader.
Calisto enjoys fishing, gardening, travelling and going places.
Zohra Zaheen
Deputy Manager
Zohra has worked Whiteleaf Support since
November 2020 starting as a Support Worker and is currently a deputy manager of 2 supported services.
Zohra is passionate about care and has worked in the care sector for 15 years.
Outside work, Zohra is a busy mum,
enjoying time with her 3 children, family and friends, in particular walking.
Eleanor Pellegrini
Registered Manager
Eleanor has worked in social care for over 6 years, starting as a support worker for adults with mental health and complex needs.
She joined White Leaf Support in December 2023 as a Registered Manager (Supported Living) and is looking forward to working with others to reach their full potential.
Eleanor is a busy mum, enjoys spending time with family & friends. She enjoys shopping, trips out with family and friends as well as eating out.
Nicolae Socaciu
Senior Service Manager
Nicolae has been working within social care for over 10 years.
He has worked in children services and day centres whilst also studying a management degree.
Nicolae then undertook a degree in General Nursing and became a registered nurse in the UK in 2014. He joined White Leaf Support in 2018.
Nicolae loves sport, travelling, and enjoys learning about different cultures. He is also fluent in a number of languages.
Hugo Ede
HR Manager
Hugo joined White Leaf Support in January 2024. He comes from a Residential Children’s social care setting, which provides support and care to both vulnerable adults and Looked-After Children. In his 8 years as the organisation’s HR Manager, he concurrently upheld the roles of Operations Manager and Health & Safety Manager. His position was inclusive of over 2 years as their Ofsted-appointed Responsible Individual.
Hugo is a busy dad and within his previous setting, he created and led support initiatives for new fathers. He looks forward to fostering the development of employees at White Leaf Support and understands the importance of their wellbeing.
In his spare time, Hugo enjoys travelling, playing and writing music, and exploring the countryside.
Sara Baker
Registered Manager
Jade Easden
Recruitment Officer
Jade joined White Leaf Support in August 2022 and brings extensive knowledge and experience in administration, recruitment.
Outside of work, Jade enjoys spending time with her family and friends and also keeping fit and active in the gym. She also finds time to enjoys trips to London, sightseeing, shopping, and eating out.
Sara's career in social care has spanned over 20 years.
Sara joined White Leaf Support in November 2019 as a team leader. Sara was promoted to deputy manager in October 2021 and registered manager in 2023 across 2 of our services.
Sara is very busy outside of work and enjoys time with her family, spending time with her husband and her 3 grandchildren keep her busy!
